As Commercial Executive (Drink), you will… Support the Commercial Manager in delivering the annual Drinks Marketing plan aligned to business and brand objectives Co-ordinate drinks range changes, seasonal menus, and supplier promotions across Greene King Pubs Manage drinks propositions and ensure clear communication to stakeholders and pub teams Drive commercial optimisation through initiatives such as upsell programmes, price strategies, and supplier-funded promotions Collaborate with operational teams to improve bar merchandising, audit processes, and deliver site support What You’ll Bring… A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality, with a customer-focused and insight-led approach Experience in marketing, sales, or pub operations (minimum 2 years), ideally within Hospitality or FMCG Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Analytical and commercial acumen, with experience managing suppliers and budgets Company Description Join us at Greene King the country's leading pub company and brewer, where our mission is to pour happiness into lives and become the pride of great British hospitality.
