Join Our Client as a People Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead transitional People strategies
Ensure accurate reporting of People KPIs
Build strong relationships with operational teams
Serve as an escalation point for ER case management
Lead people-related projects and initiatives
Support employee engagement and inclusively efforts
Coach site teams on People-related SOPs
Partner with training teams for quality induction
Requirements:
Proven HR management experience
Strong understanding of employment terms
Experience in managing employee data
Ability to resolve challenges and drive improvement
