Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres
* Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* You are chartered or working toward chartership
