Shift Lead Qualifications - Education and Experience:
* Some high school education
* Preferred experience in operations and food safety (e.g., Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense)
ADA Statement:
Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy kitchens, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately. The environment includes high steam, limited space, and high shelving. Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential.
