Fulfilment Analyst role at Virgin Media O2 — Reading.
This is an 18th Month FTC. Working as a Fulfilment Analyst, you will be managing the sales order and the returns processes to ensure that materials get to the right places on time. With a customer first approach, assisting with stakeholder’s queries and maintaining a strong relationship with logistic partners and colleagues. The Fulfilment Specialist will be self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy. They will be adaptable in this flexible role which will require adopting various activities depending on the business needs. They will have an interest in personal development and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities
* Manage the sales order and returns processes to ensure materials are delivered to the right places on time.
* Assist with stakeholder queries and maintain strong relationships with logistic partners and colleagues.
* Ensure accuracy and quality in order processing and related activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align shipping dates with build plans.
Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
* Experience in accurate data entry and order processing.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage queries and escalations.
* Knowledge or experience of supply chain or logistics processes.
* Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
