📣 We’re Hiring – Band 3 Administrator (Lisburn)

📍 Location: Lisburn
💷 Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
📅 Duration: Temporary

We are recruiting a Band 3 Administrator to support a busy department in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin, customer service and ICT skills.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. General administration and data entry
2. Managing enquiries via phone and email
3. Updating internal systems and processing information
4. Supporting purchasing, logistics or patient administration tasks
5. Working as part of a busy team to meet daily deadlines

✔️ Essential Criteria

To be considered, applicants must have:

1️⃣ Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C)* including English and Maths
OR
• Equivalent qualification demonstrating literacy and numeracy
OR
• Higher qualifications

2️⃣ Experience

• At least 12 months’ relevant experience, ideally in:

6. Customer service
7. Purchasing & logistics
8. Patient administration
9. Order processing
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for at least 1 year
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle a high-volume workload
