CRM Manager Leading UK Retail Group
We’re looking for an experienced Retail CRM professional to take the lead on customer engagement for one of the UK’s top multi-brand retail groups. You’ll drive personalised campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and boost loyalty across ecommerce and store channels.
You’ll need
* Proven CRM/loyalty experience in a retail environment (essential)
* Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze)
* Basic HTML and solid knowledge of privacy regulations
* 33 days holiday (incl. bank hols)
