What the Job Involves Your primary responsibility will be providing high-quality outreach and home-based Early Help support to children and families using a whole family approach. You will take on complex cases, conducting assessments and organizing Team Around the Family meetings. Your role includes direct work with vulnerable children and young people to develop targeted support packages, maintaining effective records, and continuously improving outcomes through tailored interventions. You will promote safeguarding and equality principles while meeting statutory requirements and organizational standards.
