About the Role
The Sales Manager is a key member of the store leadership team. Working with Assistant Managers, you will aim to achieve and deliver the business vision: the “Anything is Possible” in the beauty world. You will set and translate goals for your team and inspire them to deliver excellent customer service and commercial performance for your departments and the store.
You will be a team player and collaborator with a “relationship first” approach. Building genuine relationships with your team is essential to get the best out of them.
About You
You should have a strong retail management background, with experience leading large teams. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required. You are relationship-focused, ensuring colleagues feel valued and included, and you actively seek feedback for improvement.
You should:
* Be committed to delivering your best for your team and store
* Have managed teams of managers
* Set an example in working practices, with awareness of HR policies and employment law
* Be self-aware and comfortable with ambiguity
* Understand operational and safety standards
* Have experience in visual merchandising
