Job Specification
Our client is looking for a Payroll Senior with experience in using Sage and/or Iris Earnie software (preferably both).
* To run 170 payroll schemes - comprising of monthly, weekly, and 4-weekly payrolls.
* Taking care of pension and CIS schemes.
* Over 100 of these payroll schemes are simple ‘director only’ payrolls.
* Assisting with the transition from IRIS Earnie to Sage Payroll for all payroll scheme by the end of the financial year (approx. another 60 schemes).
* Bookkeeping knowledge and experience would be advantageous for cover purposes.
Candidate Specification
* This is an office-based role, candidates must be able to work from the office.
* Candidates must be familiar with Sage Payroll and ideally IRIS Earnie.
* Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential.
* Ideally candidates will be available immediately or with little notice.
