We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Regional Field Manager based in the South West, ideal location Exeter, however we invite applications from anyone in the wider South West.
The Regional Field Manager (RFM) is responsible for the regional teams achievement of the Field KPI's through the leadership of a team of District Leaders (DLs) and Retail Merchandisers (Merchandisers -Display Representatives) working within retail outlets supporting a multitude of buyers, clients, and brands, on a weekly basis.
The RFM is a key member of the zone management team and plays a key role in the delivery of the zone plan through taking ownership of their own regions performance as well as working cross functionally with various departments most notably the client team.
About the role:
The role is field based with travel throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and to our central office in Bristol as required. Salary is up to £31,500 (DOE) inclusive of car allowance.

Essential knowledge and experience:
6. Experience of working in a Field sales organisation
7. Experience of working in either a retailer environment or a brand led organisation
8. Minimum 2 years line management experience, with a proven track record of achievement
9. A track record of people development
10. Ability to influence key decision makers; internal and external
11. Proven decision-making abilities
12. Experience of working in cross functional working relationships
Desired Knowledge and experience:
13. Working in a sales agency business
14. Experience in working with tactical and / or syndicated sales teams
15. Retail experience from working in a grocery store environment with good knowledge of store systems and ways of working
16. Experience of managing budgets / overheads
