Job Summary

The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting the bar staff by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organised. Duties
* Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed throughout shifts.
* Communicate effectively with bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
* Help with inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of drink preparation techniques is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
