CDM Principal Designer
A long‑established construction consultancy, with over 30 years of organic growth, is expanding its CDM Principal Design team. The role involves delivering a wide range of CDM and design‑led projects across many sectors.
Role
The successful candidate will limit major and all CDM‑related risk during the design stages across projects that span the built environment—from ecclesiastical to education and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Identify and manage CDM risks during design.
* Provide design‑led solutions to minimise hazards.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with current CDM legislation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years in a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role.
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
* TechIOSH or IMaPs membership.
