Job Description
Directorate: Adult Care, Housing and Public Health. Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, to be worked Monday – Friday.
Location: To be confirmed.
This role is part of the Housing team and involves working closely with partners and ward members to support our community. Responsibilities include direct interaction with members of the public, managing tenancy breaches, addressing anti–social behaviour and supporting vulnerable residents.
Qualifications and Experience
Required: Level 6 qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degrees, Graduate certificates and diplomas) or Level 5 qualification (e.g., Diplomas of HE and FE, foundation degrees and HNDs) plus years of experience in relevant areas of work.
Alternatively the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience.
