Join us as a Shift Manager
You'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru.
You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us—whether they order in-store or online. During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop
2. Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
3. Prepare our popular products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensure displays are fully stocked with a variety of options for customers
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable
You'll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support an inclusive culture, recognizing and valuing diversity.
