About the role
What you'll bring
You will bring an extensive knowledge and understanding of education regulatory requirements and the role of an Awarding Organisation or a similar regulated education and assessment environment. You will have a proven track record of using data and insight to inform decisions, drive improvement, and deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders including presenting reports and representing the company at external events. A strong understanding of qualification design, assessment methodologies, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirements as well as knowledge of centre onboarding and management, assessment delivery, and the broader role of an Awarding Organisation or comparable regulated environment.
You will be a highly organised and resilient professional with excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Comfortable working with systems such as Microsoft 365, customer databases, learner management systems, and digital assessment platforms. You will be able to analyse performance data, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing practical solutions to complex challenges.
Membership of, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body is desirable.
