Role Overview: We are recruiting manufacturing engineers (MEs) to support our RepairWorks facility, which repairs military and civil gas turbine components using various processes. The successful candidate will lead the setup of new repairs for Civil Trent products and support operations post-validation.

Responsibilities:
1. Creating technical packages for new repairs, including process plans, instructions, and inspection plans.
2. Driving validation activities, managing trial parts, and compiling validation evidence.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve validation issues.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related experience.
* Experience in manufacturing environments, including new product introduction, MRO, or process engineering.
* Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing validation processes.
* Experience writing technical instructions and process plans.
* Ability to interpret maintenance data and engineering drawings (GD&T).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, preferably in an MRO environment.
