Ongoing expansion and increasing demand for specialist infrastructure talent have created an opportunity for a Lead Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a premium desk and build a long-term, high-value market.
The Lead Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant will take full ownership of a specialist desk focused on placing elite Linux and network engineering professionals into high-performance, mission-critical environments.
Role Highlights
– Drive new business through targeted outreach and market engagement
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to placement

You Will Need
– Proven billing success in infrastructure or technical recruitment
– Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, or performance engineering hiring
– Demonstrated ability to win and grow new client relationships
– Confidence managing senior-level candidates and complex negotiations
– Commercial mindset with consistent target achievement
