Key Responsibilities
Lead a regionally owned learning and development plan aligned to clinical, operational, and regulatory priorities
Partner with senior operational, quality, and clinical leaders to identify learning needs, risks, and capability gaps
Quality assure training delivery to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact across sites
Use learning data, evaluation, and insight to influence improvements and inform wider L&D strategy
About You
Proven experience as a Learning & Development Partner or senior L&D professional within a regulated environment
Strong experience in learning needs analysis, evaluation, and strategic learning planning
Experience working across multiple sites or regions, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
