Personal Assistant – Legal

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders and legal professionals. The role requires strong coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings, travel and expenses
* Coordinating multiple priorities and ensuring work is effectively organised
* Preparing documentation and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly
* Supporting legal processes including document management, court filings and workflow coordination
* Ensuring key deadlines and procedural requirements are met
* Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Supporting research, projects, bids and business development activity
* Using CRM systems, document management systems and relevant technology tools
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through effective use of technology
Financial Administration
* Supporting billing processes including draft invoices, WIP management and disbursements where required
* Monitoring client accounts and supporting financial administration tasks
* Maintaining strong accuracy across financial processes
Communication & Team Support
* Acting as a key contact for internal teams and clients
* Preparing correspondence and documentation packs
* Ensuring communications are handled promptly and professionally
* Supporting colleagues within the wider administrative team as needed
* Collaborating across teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Client Service
* Supporting meeting coordination and team administration
* Liaising with stakeholders to understand priorities and workload requirements
* Providing updates on progress where appropriate
* Proactively offering support across the team

Skills & Experience

* Previous PA or administrative experience within legal or professional services preferred
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience handling confidential information
Desirable Experience
* Experience supporting legal processes or regulated environments
* Exposure to billing or financial administration systems
* Experience supporting bids, tenders or business development activity
