Legal Secretary
* Salary: £25,000+
* Job Type: Full Time – Mon-Fri (09:00-17:00)
* Location: Nottingham
We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to work in a niche solicitors practice. This role is based in Nottingham and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal secretarial role.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Perform audio and copy typing tasks to a high standard.
* Manage strong administrative duties efficiently.
* Maintain computer literacy to handle various tasks.
* Exhibit an excellent telephone manner.
* Demonstrate superior organisational skills including diary management.
* Maintain filing systems and prepare travelling bundles.
* Handle photocopying, scanning, and timely delivery of documents to the court as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
* Strong administration skills and experience.
* Proficiency in computer operations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in diary management and maintaining filing systems.
