Based at our Group headquarters, you’ll work closely with our Trade Customers to understand their kitchen and bedroom design requirements and convert these into quotations and orders.
We have an extensive product catalogue with multiple ranges and styles to choose from including lay on, handleless and also traditional in-frame styles.

We are seeking to recruit a Trade Designer to produce innovative and functional kitchen and bedroom designs while meeting customer requirements and sales targets
Responsibilities:
* Design and create tailored kitchen and bedroom layouts that meet customer specifications
* Develop designs using Danesmoor Group (Life Kitchens and PWS) products
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
* Review and break down existing designs from Customer Designs into our product specifications
* Utilise Winner Design and EQ software to maximize design efficiency
* Maintain high standards of design quality and attention to detail in all projects
* Work independently and efficiently to meet customer deadlines and deliver sales targets
* Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and new product offerings to inform design decisions
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer satisfaction
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in kitchen and bedroom design (specific knowledge of Complete Kitchens and Bedrooms)
* Proficient in design software, preferably Winner Design and EQ
* Proficiency in kitchen design principles, including space planning, cabinetry, and appliance selection
* Familiarity with kitchen styles, trends, and materials
* Ability to translate design concepts into technical plans and specifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand and meet client needs
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the kitchen sector
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively
* Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for design and sales
* Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing requirements
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
* Demonstrates a positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction and strong time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Able to organise data and maintain database records
