School Cleaner – Elgin - £12.60 P/H This role requires an up-to-date PVG certificate as you will be working within a school setting. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 PM – 1.30 PM The successful candidate will be hired on a 12 week temporary basis leading to a permanent opportunity. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, and other communal areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard Following health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to the supervisor Requirements: Valid PVG certificate Previous cleaning experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Reliable and punctual Benefits: £12.60 Per Hour PAYE Transfer to permanent employment after 12 weeks Supportive team environment Training provided
