Job Description
The duties of the Graduate Client Operations Assistant include:
3. Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
4. Assisting with report production and distribution
5. Processing client onboarding applications and trade entries
6. Supporting dealing, settlement and cash management processes
7. Handling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs
8. Assisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful Graduate Client Operations Assistant candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. They will be eager to learn, quick to pick up new processes, supportive of colleagues and capable of taking ownership of tasks and the client experience, with prior financial services experience being beneficial but not essential.
