Land Acquisitions Manager
Company: Anprodata(Sister Company of Event Support Team)
Location: Exhall, Coventry (with travel as required)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Help Drive the Growth of a Newly Built Business
Anprodata is a growing parking enforcement company delivering professional, compliant Parking Charge Notice (PCN) solutions to private landowners across the UK.
As a newly established and expanding business, we are now looking for a commercially driven Land Acquisitions Manager to play a key role in our next phase of growth.
This is not just a land sourcing role — it is a genuine business development opportunity. You will identify landowners who require parking enforcement services, build relationships, negotiate agreements, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
You will work across both Anprodata and our sister company, Event Support Team, supporting growth within parking enforcement and event-based parking operations.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building new opportunities and making a direct impact.
You will:
* Identify and approach private landowners, managing agents, commercial property owners, and local authorities
* Source and secure new sites requiring parking enforcement services
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
* Negotiate land agreements and commercial terms
* Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions
* Support Directors with pipeline development and growth strategy
* Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings
While land acquisition is central to the role, success will depend on your ability to sell the value of our services and convert discussions into signed agreements.
Who We're Looking For
We are more interested in commercial mindset and drive than direct parking industry experience.
You may come from a background in:
* Business development
* Commercial sales
* Property or land acquisition
* Facilities management
* Events or logistics
* Infrastructure or utilities
You will:
* Be confident speaking with and negotiating with landowners
* Have strong relationship-building skills
* Be proactive, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Enjoy generating new business opportunities
* Be comfortable working independently
* Be willing to travel when required
Experience within parking enforcement is beneficial but not essential — we can provide sector training. What matters most is your ability to identify opportunities and win new business.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a newly built business with genuine growth ambition
* Have direct impact on company expansion
* Work across two dynamic sectors — events and parking enforcement
* Gain exposure to senior leadership
* Clear opportunity for progression as the business scales
This is an opportunity to grow with the business and build a role around your performance and ambition.
