Your challenges
1. You will work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and Eppendorf's brand image by providing technical support to bioprocess customers in Europe (50% travel in UK & 50% Travel in Europe).
2. You support demanding customers in Europe with technical and application-related issues.
3. You create solution approaches in collaboration with the customer and implement them technically.
4. You are responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of Eppendorf bioprocess equipment.
5. You conduct user training for Eppendorf bioprocessing devices and their software.
6. You are responsible for the timely implementation and documentation of service operations (installations, training, etc.).
Your expertise
7. You have a completed (technical) university degree in a technical discipline (bio- or electrical engineering or comparable) or can look back on several years of professional experience in the customer service area based on technician/master training in the field of electrical engineering.
8. You have a very good and broad technical understanding as well as a talent for implementation on technical devices.
9. You are willing to work flexible hours and travel on business (up to 70% over several days and across Europe)
10. You have very good English skills; additional European language skills are an advantage.
11. You have skills in dealing with IT systems (MS Software Package, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, etc.)
12. Very good communication skills, commitment and friendliness when dealing with demanding customers are a given for you.
13. You are a team player and can organize yourself.
