Oxford Information Labs are looking to recruit for a new role of Personal Assistant (PA) to the directors. This role is primarily an admin support role for the CEO and CTO with work also delegated from the other directors from time to time.
The key tasks for this role include the arranging of meetings and management of calendar entries, booking flights, hotels and other travel, taking and writing up minutes in business meetings and following up on written correspondence as well as other general admin tasks as required to support the work of the Directors. It would be expected that the role would include some national and international travel.
The successful applicant would have strong written and verbal communication skills, a friendly manner and a willingness to engage with a wide range of people including business clients and prospects. Due to the nature of the work, the need for discretion and professionalism is essential. A good grasp of office applications is essential (e.g. Microsoft Office) with experience using Google Apps being desirable but not essential. As the role is an in-person office based role, the successful candidate must live within 30 miles of Oxford.
