Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche manufacturing business based in Swindon to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner / Generalist with TUPE / post acquisition exposure. The role can be office, hybrid or mostly remote based with odd days in Swindon and Portsmouth, and the company is prepared to look a somebody on a part or full time basis.

We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented HR Business Partner / Generalist to support a post-acquisition transition project. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth integration of processes, policies and people into the new ownership structure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background with hands-on experience in TUPE or post-acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities:

Post-Acquisition Integration:

* Support TUPE / post-acquisition activities including process mapping and documentation
* Define and document manual processes using SOPs/WOWs
* Deliver training to existing headcount on newly defined processes and systems
* Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and documentation to reflect the new ownership

Operational / Transactional Support:

* Conduct data cleansing and support mass data uploads
* Provide hands-on support with HR systems and transactional activities as needed
* Payroll Implementation

Branding / Communication:

* Collaborate on light branding activities such as logo updates and document templates
* Ensure consistent and clear communication across all levels of the organisation

Key skills and experience:

* Proven experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles
* Exposure to TUPE or post-acquisition HR activities
* Skilled in process mapping and SOP / WOW creation
* Comfortable delivering training and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to see tasks through to completion
* Agile and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Desirable:

* Experience with HRIS systems and data management
* Familiarity with branding or internal communications
* Payroll administration
