Key Responsibilities:
Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using pre-prepared work left by the teacher
Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide brief feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress or incidents
Support students with staying on task and meeting lesson objectives
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring)
Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills
Calm, professional, and flexible approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to support student learning and development
A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
