Youll take the lead on servicing, repairing and commissioning a wide range of gas appliances, from light commercial to large industrial systems.
Youll be the expert on the ground
- solving problems, spotting opportunities, and ensuring customers receive a five-star service every time.
What youll be doing:
* Servicing boilers, forced-draught burners, water heaters, overhead radiant tubes & warm air heaters
* Diagnosing faults and repairing a wide variety of gas appliances
* Commissioning boilers, burners, water heaters and warm air units
* Testing and purging pipework systems to IGEM/UP/1A & IGEM/UP/1
* Participating in an on-call rota
* Working closely with the helpdesk team to meet agreed SLAs
* Reading and following site-specific RAMS
* Ensuring all work aligns with industry standards and guidelines What were looking for:
* Commercial Gas qualifications
- COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1 & 1A, ICPN1
* Strong fault-finding skills and experience using electrical testing equipment
* A self-starter with solid problem-solving ability
* Completed industry-standard apprenticeship
* Full clean driving licence
* Reliable, punctual and adaptable
* Comfortable working independently
