Senior Corporate Development Manager – Overview
You will play a key role in growing our current corporate income of £1.3 million, securing multi‑year partnerships and unlocking transformational income to support marine conservation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a new business strategy to secure long‑term, high‑value corporate partnerships.
* Identify and research prospective partners, develop tailored proposals, and lead pitch presentations.
* Line‑manage and mentor the Corporate Partnerships Officer, supporting professional development and performance.
* Collaborate closely with Corporate Partnership Managers to ensure seamless transition from account acquisition to stewardship.
* Represent the organisation externally, building relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors.
* Monitor and report on new business pipelines, KPIs, and income targets.
Qualifications
Strategic thinker with a proven track record in securing six‑ and seven‑figure corporate gifts, thriving in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
