Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Export Administrator to join a small team at our fast‑paced business based on the outskirts of Newark.
Duties
* Creating dispatch paperwork for networks and carriers.
* Updating in‑house systems, port systems, and customs software.
* Creating invoicing for shipments and assisting with international freight documentation.
* Tracking and tracing documentation for customs.
* Supporting the weighbridge with weighing shipments.
* Liaising with dispatch for accurate loading information.
* Preparing and sending samples to customers.
Requirements
* Previous export experience.
* Strong maths and English skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service experience.
* Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Transport
Own transport is essential due to the semi‑rural location.
