Hours: 13:30 22:00 (Late Shift)
Salary: £38,000 £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC machinery in line with engineering drawings and specifications
* Carry out routine inspections and ensure components meet required quality standards
* Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
* Work to production targets while maintaining attention to detail
* Complete relevant documentation and records accurately
* Support continuous improvement activities within the production area
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating CNC machinery
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
