My Client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate multiple construction sites across the West Midlands.
This is fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, planning and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site operations across various locations in the West Midlands
* Ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and within budget
* Plan and organise materials, labour, and subcontractors efficiently
* Maintain a strong presence on site, ensuring productivity and quality of work
* Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards in compliance with regulations
* Resolve issues promptly and effectively to minimise disruption
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication
* Monitor site progress and report regularly to senior management
* Carry out risk assessments and site inspections
* Travel between sites as required (company vehicle or mileage allowance provided)
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a multi-site supervisor or foreman role in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred)
* Good understanding of West Midlands geography and efficient route planning
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong leadership with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
* Full UK driving licence required
