We're now looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team. Are you a skilled and safety‑conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of EMEA Power Distribution Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high‑quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
* Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning
* Testing and fault finding of Eaton‑manufactured MV and HV equipment
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
* Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
* Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
Skills
* Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
* Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
* Ability to perform protection relay programming
* Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
* Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
* Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
* Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region
