We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead creative direction across multiple DTC brands - someone who will first embed into our existing creative systems, learn how we operate, and then own and evolve the process in their own way.
This is a senior role with a clear path to Head of Creative within 12–18 months.
What you’ll do:
* Develop creative strategy & testing frameworks.
* Turn insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts.
* Analyse results and iterate creative direction.
* Collaborate with editors & paid social leads to scale performance.
* Build creative systems and mentor other strategists.
What you’ll bring:
* 3–5+ years in DTC creative strategy or within a similar setting.
* Proven record scaling Meta/TikTok ads for DTC brands.
* Sharp copywriting & storytelling instincts.
* Data-driven, performance-first mindset.
* Experience leading or mentoring creative teams (a plus).
