We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and creative Class Teacher to join our team from January 2026, teaching a class of pupils with complex learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive specialist setting where every child is valued and where staff are committed to providing highly personalised, nurturing, and engaging learning experiences.
About the Role
* Teach a small class of pupils with complex needs, supported by experienced LSAs.
* Plan and deliver an adapted, meaningful curriculum that prioritises communication, independence, and emotional well-being.
* Work closely with therapists, families, and multi-agency partners.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold a strong safeguarding culture.
About You
* QTS (essential).
* Experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally in a specialist or highly differentiated setting.
* Positive, reflective, and committed to inclusive practice.
* Skilled at building strong relationships and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
