What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions
* Run client workshops, gather requirements, and shape solution design
* Configure and implement PPM modules across the full lifecycle
* Provide expert guidance on best practice, risks, and optimisation opportunities
* Manage change requests, testing cycles, and release updates
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and Oracle support
* Ensure on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and high client satisfaction
* Support clients through quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and continuous improvement
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
You will have:
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud (SaaS)
* Background in Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
* Proven ability to lead workshops and client-facing engagements
Functional Expertise
* Portfolio Project Management (PPM)
* Project Financial Management
* Grants Management
* Project Execution Management
Reporting & Tools
* Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
* Financial Reporting Studio
* SmartView
Delivery & Consulting Skills
* Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
