Job Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Receptionist Location: SpaldingSalary: from £12.50 to £14 per hour (To Be Negotiated) This is a temporary role with an immediate start and end of employment in Septemeber (4 months) Responsibilities: Greeting Patients: Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the office. Ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease before their appointments. Managing Appointments: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Handling cancellations and no-shows, and maintaining an organized appointment calendar. Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Checking patients in upon arrival, verifying personal and insurance information. Processing payments for services rendered and ensuring accurate billing. Providing receipts and explaining charges when necessary. Handling Phone Calls: Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
