Role Overview:
Onboarding Analyst
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform. You will analyze client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Each client has a unique setup, making each onboarding project a unique challenge.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Setting up user functionality for margin management.
* Analyzing trade portfolios to identify data needs for calculations.
* Testing the product for new clients to ensure analytics accuracy.
* Collaborating with clients to deliver maximum value quickly.

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and switch contexts effectively.
* Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
* Effective communication skills for articulating ideas confidently.
