Hourly Pay
£11.64 per hour.
Contract type
Permanent, Part-time
Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week, which can be flexed up to a further 10 hours when required by the business.
The hours allocated will be within your availability from Monday to Sunday, 7:00-02:00.
You will receive 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.

Your Impact – What will I do as an Orderline Representative?
Reporting to a contact centre leader, you will be the friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service. Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls, processing orders accurately, and promoting products to enhance customer loyalty. You will work as part of a team to meet performance targets and will undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training process.
Remote working approach (Minimum of first 3 months onsite)
We offer a flexible work environment combining home and office work. After the initial 3 months, options will be discussed with your leader.
