Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
* Provide attentive service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
* Support catering operations during events, including setup and breakdown of food stations.
* Prepare food items according to safety standards and ensure cleanliness in food handling.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Assist with bartending duties when required, ensuring proper drink preparation and service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
* A friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in catering or food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
