Role Overview
We’re looking for a bold, culturally plugged-in marketer who lives and breathes social,
someone with sharp instincts, fresh ideas and the confidence to challenge convention,
understand the importance of using social to shape modern brand building.
The Social Innovation & Content Manager is responsible for delivering EVE LOM’s content and
social strategy across paid and owned channels, creating premium, high-performing and
culturally relevant storytelling that builds desirability, drives engagement and strengthens
brand equity.
Working closely with the Global Head of Marketing and partnering cross-functionally, this role
brings the brand’s voice, visual world and social presence to life across all platforms. The
Social Innovation & Content Manager ensures cohesive, best-in-class execution and adapts
global plans into compelling content and social moments that resonate with EVE LOM’s
community and target consumer.

Key Skills & Experience
* 8+ years’ experience in content, social media or digital storytelling; luxury beauty or
* Proven experience delivering premium content and growing social channels.
* Strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, cultural trends
* & platform-native content.
* Demonstrated ability to spot trends early and translate cultural moments into brandrelevant content.
* Strong understanding of social innovation, emerging platforms and platform-native
* storytelling.
* Curious, agile and experimental mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and
* formats.
* Experience with managing agencies and production partners.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Data-literate with experience using performance insights to optimise content
* SKINCARE/BEAUTY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!
