As part of our continued growth, our Birmingham office is expanding, and we’re looking to appoint a Delivery Consultant to join our UK & Ireland Technology practice, supporting multiple technology verticals. With Harvey Nash's growth this year, delivery capability is growing rapidly, with teams supporting large‑scale technology and transformation programmes focused on clear business outcomes. This role plays a key part in candidate delivery and resource mobilisation, ensuring the right talent is in place to support complex engagements across the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with experienced consultants and delivery managers to fulfil live requirements:
* Candidate sourcing & engagement: Identify, attract, and engage high‑quality technology professionals across your specialist market
* End‑to‑end candidate delivery: Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through interviews to offer and onboarding
* Market specialism: Develop strong knowledge within your tech niche and build credibility as a trusted contact for candidates
* Team collaboration: Work closely with consultants and managers to deliver against confirmed roles and programmes
* Talent pipeline management: Build and maintain long‑term candidate networks to support ongoing and future delivery needs
* Candidate experience: Deliver a high‑quality, transparent, and supportive experience at every stage
* Delivery excellence: Manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
This is a delivery‑only role, there is no sales, business development, or client acquisition responsibility.
You’ll be supported with structured training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to help you grow into a high‑performing delivery specialist.
About You
* Experience in a Delivery Consultant or candidate‑focused recruitment role
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
* Confident communicator who enjoys building long‑term candidate relationships
* Genuine interest in technology and the tech recruitment market
* Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
