The position offers long days (15 hours) and split shifts (AM/PM)Your role would be to provide support on a 1:1 basis to elderly ladies with dementia within the residential care. As an elderly care assistant, you will support elderly residents whilst supporting their daily needs and maintaining their safety and independence. Additionally, you will support elderly individuals with their mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and physical health through support, inclusion, personal care and everyday needs.Through working as part of a team, you will provide the highest quality of care to residents with the Care Home along with treating residents with respect for their choices and preferences.
