We are seeking a full-time, experienced Office Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and supporting the wider business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities
1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and services, liaising with suppliers and maintaining stock levels.
2. Oversee general office management to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
3. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to keep everything running smoothly.
4. Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
5. Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
6. Assist with preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
7. Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed within the office.
8. Support ad-hoc duties to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills
1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles.
3. Strong communication skills, confident in engaging with all levels of the business and external stakeholders.
4. High attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
5. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
