MS Dynamics SpecialistLocation: Thurrock, Essex (2–3 days on-site, non-negotiable)Start: ASAP | Duration: 3 months (possible extension) | IR35: OutsideClearance: BPSS essential (applied for acceptable); SC preferred but not essentialOur client is looking for an MS Dynamics Specialist to support their CRM programme. You will review the current CRM solution, assess technical changes, and help deliver upgrades or improvements. You will work closely with the business, solution designers and the support team.Key Responsibilities:
* Review the current CRM solution and recommend any immediate technical changes.
* Support requirements gathering and solution design.
* Deliver technical changes and support testing.
* Provide guidance and awareness to the support team.
Key Skills:
* MS Dynamics Technical Developer / Designer – essential
* Experience supporting requirements and test phases – preferred
* MS Dynamics add-ons such as Click Dimensions – nice to have
* Business analysis experience – nice to have
* Working in a multi-stakeholder environment – preferred
* Data cleansing and bulk data upload – preferred
