Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support the smooth operation of our Boards, Board Committees, and sub-committees.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all governance-related tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Meeting planning, logistics, and agenda setting.
2. Paper compilation, review for governance purposes and distribution.
3. Attendance at relevant meetings for minuting.
4. Support in arranging regulatory meetings requested by Lloyd's, FCA, PRA, and other regulators as appropriate.
To excel in this role, you should have strong minute-taking skills and experience in insurance or financial services.
