Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with a focus on the aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and medical sectors. You will create and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive successful customer acquisition and new revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target new customers and expand into new industry sectors.
* Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking.
* Develop and qualify opportunities in target markets with support from the Head of Sales & Marketing.
* Manage customer data effectively using CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasting data.
* Understand customer requirements and develop tailored key account development plans with SMART objectives.
Requirements
* Essential Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the contract manufacturing sector, is crucial. Plastic/Additive Manufacturing services is a plus
* Customer portfolio: experience dealing with customer in the manufacturing sector (Aerospace, Automotive, Healthcare, Energy, Oil and Gas)
* Exceptional Customer Engagement: Professional and capable customer interaction/engagement skills are paramount to building rapport, fostering trust, and securing new business opportunities.
