You should be IT literate Have good communication skills working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and databases (This is desirable but not essential) You will be self-motivated, able to start and finish tasks with minimal supervision ABOUT THE ROLE Part of a busy Custom Pack team, the primary focus of this role is to work with the Sales team on developing customised Procedure Packs to support the use or placement of one of our core products, working within Best Practice guidelines. The Procedure Pack Assembly process, is a growing part of the role and enables products to be late customised in the warehouse at HQ, providing further flexibility in the range of packs our company can offer. Product training is a large part of the role, along with understanding the procedures the custom packs support so that informed decisions can be taken on offering the most suitable components available. There is a requirement to liaise with the Sales Team and Customer Support on stock queries. RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly / monthly / quarterly sales analysis Quote customers and sales team on Custom Packs, including PPA pricing Work with overseas development team Review order quantities ensuring they match customer requirements and contract length Initiate NPC activation process for Custom Packs going through NHSSC Provide internal and external reports as required Conduct cross department meetings (after the initial training has been provided and the individual is confident and competent) Order packs with overseas Produce non-sterile samples Check contents of packs (samples and specs) prior to ordering Maintain stock in pack room and place orders for components with out overseas company Order and check sterile samples from overseas Maintain KPI database and Pack Spreadsheet Request pricing application Complete product set up and change forms General e-mail and telephone enquiries To be proactive and reactive to Custom Pack queries and reduce out of stock occurrences Communicate with other departments and Sales teams on stock and order related issues Work closely with our overseas pack team to ensure sharing of relevant information Additional projects Responsible for maintaining a professional and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third party business partners or representatives of the Company ABILITY TO COVER Maintain and plan the weekly schedule for PPA builds Order PPA packs using M3 and Empirica Work with Forecasting to forecast future component requirements To carry out pre and post QCs for PPA Aid Warehouse in completion of MPRs (when required) PROFILE Excell ent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks Good problem-solving, numeracy and analytical skills IT literate, good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and databases Excellent time management and prioritisation skills required to deal with a varied and changeable workload Good spoken and written communication skills essential Excellent teamwork essential Statistical analysis experience beneficial Strong team player Excellent ability to interact effectively with colleagues Comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organisation Able to provide a consistent and professional level of communication to external customers and internal departments Able to adapt to change and be innovative with solutions and improvements Able to work on your own or as part of a team and demonstrate high level of self-motivation to achieve the company, team and individual objectives Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment Full driving license and eligible to work in the UK Desirable but not a necessity - ISO13485 For further information please apply today
